We offer the following loft access services:
- LED Loft lighting
- - illuminate your loft. we can supply and fit 1200mm LED loft lights with a light switch conveniently located close to the loft entrance for safe and easy use.
- From only £199 fully inclusive.
- Loft access
- - not all existing loft openings are suitable to fit a loft ladder. We can move or enlarge your existing loft opening with no fuss or mess.
New opening from £399 fully inclusive.
Enlarge existing openings - £299 fully inclusive
New white pvc integral loft hatch and frame - £229 fully inclusive
- - not all existing loft openings are suitable to fit a loft ladder. We can move or enlarge your existing loft opening with no fuss or mess.
- Loft flooring & raised boarding
- - We can supply raised timbers to facilitate loft insulation depth.
- We supply and install quality flooring, moisture resistant chip-board which is tongue and grooved for added strength, neatly trimmed and securely screwed down to provide a flat, secure, usable loft space.
We can board your whole loft or just a small area around the hatch to help provide safer access
